Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with various departments, including sales, product, marketing, finance, and strategy. Your primary focus will be on upselling, cross-selling, and building strong relationships with your portfolio of customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the growth and adoption of small business accounts at Podium.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing customer bases and target accounts.
  • Buid deep, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using our range of products and services.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts, as well as clear visibility into sales and revenue performance, by actively managing your pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts.
  • Conduct warm handoffs in partnership with AE's as new customers join your portfolio.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and understand setup requirements for each application to drive value.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of CX/CS experience, preferably with a background in closing revenue expansion or new business.
  • A deep understanding of the marketing technology industry and key players.
  • Some account management experience, including identifying at-risk customers, driving product adoption, and activating existing clients.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a consultative approach to finding the best solution.
