Senior Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and develop them into viable opportunities for the sales team.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand the needs and challenges of potential leads, tailoring outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Map out buyer journeys and trends to enhance lead generation strategies.
  • Work side-by-side with the Sales team receiving inbound leads for further qualification and development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a lead generation or sales development role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential leads.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
