The Sales Growth Associate will interact with clients to generate sales opportunities and build a pipeline of prospective clients. This role is responsible for driving the initial stages of the sales process.
- Daily outreach to prospective customers via phone, email, social media, and other channels to achieve a minimum of 100 calls per day.
- Identify lead generation channels outside of marketing to prospect for opportunities.
- Conduct high-level conversations with prospects to identify their needs and assess the value proposition of our services.
- Schedule introductions to identify prospects who are interested in learning more about our offerings.
- Consistently meet daily outreach targets and align activities with the sales pipeline to qualify leads based on account executive quotas.
- Attend conferences and events for lead generation purposes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1+ year's experience in a Business Development or Junior Sales role.
- Strong communication, written, and verbal skills.
