We're seeking an experienced leader to drive our Work Health & Safety (WHS) strategy and make a meaningful impact.

Job Description:
You'll report directly to the Chief People Officer and have full autonomy to own the WHS strategy for the organisation. This is your opportunity to design, lead, and deliver a safety roadmap that not only meets compliance standards but sets a benchmark for excellence.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a small, dynamic team to develop and deliver our WHS Strategy.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to build and embed a proactive safety culture.
- Champion continuous improvement in physical and psychological safety across a diverse organisation.
- Provide expert advice to the Chief People Officer and Executive Team, ensuring WHS remains a strategic priority.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise: 5-10 years in health and safety roles within white-collar industries, with 3+ years in leadership positions.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of WHS legislation, Codes of Practice, and Standards across multiple jurisdictions.
- Leadership: Proven ability to influence and engage across all levels, from frontline teams to executives.
- Strategy: Experience developing and implementing WHS strategies in diverse environments.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in WHS/OHS or a related discipline, and a current driver's licence.
