The HSE Advisor will play a pivotal role in leading onsite safety initiatives and developing health and safety improvement plans. They will provide expert guidance on implementing effective safety protocols, collaborating closely with leaders and employees to promote key safety initiatives.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience providing wide-ranging health and safety support to diverse employee bases in high-risk, heavy industry settings. They will be well-versed in developing and implementing site-based improvement plans, working within health and safety risk management frameworks, and delivering training materials and awareness campaigns.

To excel in this role, you will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically, and a strong understanding of health and safety best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide health and safety guidance onsite
  • Develop and execute health and safety improvement plans
  • Champion the use of health and safety management systems and risk mitigation strategies

  • Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analyses for incidents

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in health and safety support and knowledge sharing
  • Experience in developing and implementing site-based improvement plans
  • Experience in working within health and safety risk management frameworks
  • Ability to develop new processes and tools for managing site-based risks
