Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment professional to lead our logistics operations in NSW and QLD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on serious incidents, including regulatory notifiable incidents with potential litigation
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental legislation, standards, and company policies
  • Implement and maintain integrated management systems aligned with ISO 14001, 45001, and 28000 standards
  • Foster a strong health, safety, security, and environment culture through leadership, training, and engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Safety, and Environment (Degree or Diploma)
  • Formal training in Incident Cause Analysis Method (ICAM)
  • Internal Auditor certification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar health, safety, and environment role, ideally within logistics or warehousing

This role is ideal for a hands-on safety leader with logistics experience and a passion for building a strong culture of accountability and excellence. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to influence at all levels.
