
Cybersecurity Technical Leader

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Product Manager to join our organization.
The successful candidate will act as the bridge between technology and user experience, driving the development of our security platform and XDR technology. Key responsibilities include:
- Product Assembly: Organise and plan the assembly and shipping of hardware, including developing and adhering to factory assembly processes and controls.
- Gap Analysis: Identify and commercialise new products to market, analysing proposed hardware and products through testing.
- Administration: Update and log relevant shipping and product information within our ERP system.
- Stock Control: Maintain product quality and levels, inventory turnover and stock management policies and procedures.
- Technical Writing & Documentation: Coordinate and participate in the production of comprehensive technical user manuals and reports.
- Project Management: Apply project management skills to plan, execute, control and document projects on time across the product development lifecycle.
- Training: Coordinate and participate in internal and external training, conducting product and service webinars and demonstrations.
- Product Roadmap: Ensure product roadmaps are established and communicated with internal and external stakeholders.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrate subject matter expertise for our firewall security products and services.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality management system standards, policies and procedures.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, product management and technical writing or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear concise language.
- Able to develop a quick understanding of our technology.
- Understanding of how software applications work and the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Excellent project management skills (certifications a plus).
- Able to engage with internal and external stakeholders through various mediums.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft products.
- Able to learn quickly and think outside the box.
- Willingness to be a team player and work effectively with colleagues.
- Proactive and independent identification of opportunities.
- Strong understanding of networking and competitor products.
- Energy, enthusiasm and motivation to succeed.
Candidates must possess Australian Police Clearance or be able to obtain one.
