Job Overview

The Principal Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and reporting on the management of operational activities within assigned areas, ensuring high-quality outputs and financial efficiency.

This role involves adjusting processes to minimize costs while achieving desired outcomes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing safe and fiscally responsible operational practices, developing and updating standard operating procedures, and managing subordinate staff, including performance development and workplace health and safety.

A key aspect of this role is representing the organization on relevant committees and working collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to achieve operational outcomes. Additionally, the successful candidate will prepare reports, submissions, and correspondence for executive consideration and lead their team in establishing positive profiles with internal and external clients.

Essential qualifications for this role include tertiary education and relevant transferable experience. A current unrestricted 'C' Class drivers' licence is also required.
