Key Responsibilities
  • Develop productivity decks to identify opportunities for cost reduction and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Train and support personnel in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ensure adherence to system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list.
  • Lead process improvements using TRACC and drive operational excellence across the plant.
  • Conduct waste analysis and eliminate inefficiencies across all production lines.
  • Coordinate 5S initiatives plant-wide to improve workplace organisation and safety.
  • Manage department operating budgets for financial efficiency and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Lead and evaluate Continuous Improvement staff, fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement process improvements.
About You
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations, leading CI transformation projects.
  • Strong multitasking, communication and organisational skills.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise business principles and practices.
  • Excellent presentation, mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
  • Black Belt Certification (preferred). Green Belt Certification (required).
  • Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights.
