Job Title

A Team Leader is required to lead and guide a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results and high levels of service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring workflows run efficiently, supporting team members, clarifying expectations, and guaranteeing accurate and timely settlements.

This role requires:

  • Mentoring and coaching team members to achieve operational excellence and meet targets.
  • Monitoring and evaluating team performance, guiding daily operations, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction and managing complex complaints through swift resolutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless customer and stakeholder experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in Financial Services or a related industry.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Operations, with a good understanding of home lending and settlements.
  • Knowledge of home settlement platforms such as PEXA and experience with Dye & Durham and LendFast is advantageous.
  • Experience leading change, influencing across units, and representing your team in strategic discussions.
  • Diploma in leadership or a related financial services field.
