The Role

This position is focused on leading customer service and claims teams within the pet insurance sector of a large insurer. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, implement process improvements, and foster a strong customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a close-knit leadership team across customer service and claims
  • Manage end-to-end operations with a focus on service quality, compliance, and customer outcomes
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimisation and system enhancements
  • Support the rollout of regulatory requirements while balancing customer, commercial, and compliance needs
  • Prepare performance reporting and insights for internal stakeholders
