Job Description

You will oversee the coordination and delivery of tactical activities, supporting transformational change initiatives and optimizing operational performance across the network. Your role is vital in supporting strategic goals through continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and implement strategies for process improvements, transport efficiency, and customer service enhancements.
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for quality, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Partner with facility managers to troubleshoot and support efficiency programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build leadership capability and improve decision-making.
  • Coach and develop teams, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in resource management and participate in national initiatives and network integration projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Organized, proactive operations professional with experience in leading change, managing resources, and developing teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Knowledge of delivery operations, safety policies, and data-driven decision-making is necessary.
