Job Description:

We are seeking skilled professionals who can assess the rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries or illnesses causing work incapacity. This involves conducting assessments such as initial needs, workplace evaluations, ergonomics and daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit workplaces to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Assess client's functional capacity and develop individualized rehabilitation plans
  • Conduct specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate clients (including audiometry, spirometry, substance abuse testing)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and support clients in achieving their health benefits through work

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Eligibility for professional registration with relevant industry bodies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse groups
  • Motivation to achieve targets and demonstrate business acumen
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Willingsness to undergo a pre-employment national criminal check prior to employment
