Injury Prevention Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Injury Management Advisor to join our team. As an expert in injury management and strategy, you will be responsible for providing clinical and technical expertise to assess personal injury claims.
The role is critical in ensuring the quality of decision-making processes within claims management and promoting consistency in approach and compliance to legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare professional written and verbal advice to claims handlers on reasonable and appropriate treatment and rehabilitation services.
- Provide consistent injury management expertise and support to ensure ongoing quality decisions and provide input into claims strategy.
- Engage and negotiate with Service Providers, Claimants, Solicitors, and claims staff.
Requirements:
- A degree in an Allied Health related discipline is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years' clinical experience.
- Minimum 2 years Workers Compensation/CTP Experience - Desired.
- Minimum 2 years Occupational Rehabilitation experience (desired for Workers Compensation).
