Job Role: Rehabilitation ConsultantJob Description:

We provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to support individuals through workplace injury recovery. Our team works closely with clients to help them regain independence and return to meaningful work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex physical and psychological injury cases, providing health coaching, career coaching, and return-to-work support.
  • Conduct vocational assessments in-person and virtually.
  • Cultivate employer networks within NSW.
  • Utilize award-winning psychosocial risk assessment tools to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Provisional Psychology, or Psychology.
  • Eligibility for registration with ASORC, AASW, or APHRA.
  • Experience in a similar role within the Occupational Rehabilitation sector is highly desirable but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and consultation skills with the ability to establish and sustain stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-focused approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Ability to research and prepare data for reporting.
  • Ability to follow administration procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Current Australian driver's licence and access to vehicle.
  • Police clearance and Working with Children Check.
