The successful candidate will play a key role in portfolio management, customer servicing, and risk management for sponsor clients within the APAC region.

About the Role:

The Sponsor Coverage Analyst will be responsible for preparing pitch books, discussion materials, and supporting senior team members in dialogues related to financing transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Prepare thematic dialogue and origination of M&A financing mandates">
  • Support structuring, valuation analysis, and peer analysis in financing transactions">
  • Coordinate relationships with Financial Sponsor clients across Private Equity, Infra, and Real Estate">
  • Ensure coordination with different sponsor relationship teams">
  • Meet compliance and regulatory requirements">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 2+ years' experience in a leading Bank or Non-Bank Financial Institution">
  • Undergraduate degree in a business-related field">
  • Experience in debt transactions, developing presentations, and knowledge of financial sponsors">
  • Robust credit base with strong financial analysis skills">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and financial modeling skills">
  • Understanding of financial and economic markets">
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks">
