Job Description

The position of Property Systems Officer supports the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of property systems. This role focuses on ensuring systems are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with operational needs.

This includes ongoing maintenance and optimisation of property systems to support organisational operations, providing operational support, and contributing to the configuration and management of health and safety functions within systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the maintenance and optimisation of property systems.
  • Provide operational support, including troubleshooting system issues.
  • Contribute to the configuration and management of health and safety functions within systems.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather system requirements and ensure systems are aligned with operational objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a degree and subsequent relevant experience, or extensive experience and specialist knowledge in technical or administrative fields.

Proficiency in property systems or similar platforms is essential, as well as proven ability to identify, analyse, and resolve system issues in a timely and effective manner.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders.
