Job Opportunity: Property Systems Expert

This role plays a vital part in the effective operation, maintenance, and enhancement of property systems. Ensuring systems are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with operational needs is crucial.

  • The Property Systems Expert will maintain and optimize property systems to support organisational operations, including integration of security and health and safety features.
  • Provide operational support, including troubleshooting system issues, responding to user queries, and escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Support the implementation of security features, such as user access controls and data protection measures, to ensure compliance with organisational policies.
  • Contribute to the configuration and management of health and safety functions within systems, ensuring they facilitate compliance and accurate reporting.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather system requirements, provide technical advice, and ensure systems are aligned with operational objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Proficiency in property systems or similar platforms, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and data management.
  • Proven ability to identify, analyse, and resolve system issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical advice.
