We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead our overnight operations.
As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for managing guest relations, handling complaints, and ensuring the safety and security of all hotel guests and staff.
You will also conduct night audits, support the front office in check-ins and check-outs, and provide exceptional service to our guests.
In addition, you will assist with hotel reservations, coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs, and manage emergency situations.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work night shifts.
A professional and approachable manner, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, is essential. You must also have valid and current working rights in Australia.
