Job Description:

As a Night Shift Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overnight operations of our hotel. This includes ensuring a smooth and safe experience for our guests, handling guest relations and complaints, conducting night audits, and maintaining the safety and security of all guests and staff.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hotel leadership. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as well as exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hotel leadership
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
