Job Title: Night Operations Manager

The Night Operations Manager oversees the smooth operation of night shift activities, ensuring a safe and guest-focused experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage overnight operations to meet quality standards.
  • Lead guest relations and handle complaints during night shifts.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and report integrity.
  • Maintain the safety and security of guests and staff through property checks.
  • Collaborate with the front office for efficient check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
  • Provide food and beverage services to hotel guests, including bar service, food preparation, and espresso coffee preparation.
  • Assist with hotel reservations by answering emails and handling telephone bookings.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Manage emergency situations effectively, including medical issues, fire alarms, or security concerns.
Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in hotel operations.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A professional demeanor, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Current First Aid and Responsible Service of Alcohol certifications are mandatory.
