Financial Services Coordinator Position in Melbourne

Service Stream is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join their team in Melbourne.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a comparable role, preferably in industries such as civil engineering, road construction/maintenance, resources, or heavy manufacturing. They will demonstrate advanced Excel skills, experience with enterprise-grade financial management systems, and sound knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes.
Key responsibilities include submitting payment claims, monitoring outstanding invoices, reviewing payment claims submitted by delivery partners, raising purchase orders, liaising with clients and delivery partners, and maintaining finance systems and procedures.
