Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator in our Metro Field Group based at our Clayton branch.
As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating the allocation of jobs to our technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking and scheduling work in progress
- Providing clear, accurate, and timely information for job progress
- Coordinating, scheduling, and allocation of jobs to our technicians
- Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine component details are clear
- Effectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutions
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term internal and external relationships
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively within a high-pressure environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Coordination experience within a similar industry
- A strong commitment to safety, health, and environment procedures
