Service Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator at our Clayton branch. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating service activities, and ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking and scheduling work in progress
- Liaising with customers throughout their machine repairs
- Providing clear, accurate, and timely information for machine repairs and Used Equipment build-ups
- Quotations following inspection work
- Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine component details are clear
- Effectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutions
About You
You will have a mechanical trade background and pride yourself on outstanding customer service, as well as your organisational skills. To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and attributes:
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term internal and external relationships
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
- Operational experience within the heavy mechanical industry
- A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
