Strategic Channel Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Channel Sales Director to lead our channel sales efforts in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth through our channel partners.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales or channel management, with a proven track record of success in leading sales teams and managing channel partners. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement channel sales strategies, enable our channel partners to achieve their goals, and provide forecasts on partner performance.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
- Developing and executing channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Managing a team of channel sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement channel sales programs
- Enabling channel partners to achieve their goals through training and support
- Providing regular forecasts on partner performance and identifying areas for improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or channel management
- Proven experience of managing channel partners in a technology environment
- Experience in facilitating onboarding and enablement activities for channel partners
- Strong track record of success in leading sales teams and managing channel partners
- Familiarity with CRM and forecasting systems
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per year, plus bonus or commission pay based on role.
