Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including equity participation, bonus or commission pay based on performance, flexible time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health insurance.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead and manage a team of Channel Sales professionals in the Australia and New Zealand region. As Director of Channel Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic channel sales program that drives revenue growth and expansion through partner partnerships.
You will work closely with Senior Management to develop and implement strategies for partner enablement, successful execution, and accountability for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and demand goals through channel partners. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with Channel Operations to implement and manage processes that ensure partner success.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 5 years of sales or channel management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading a sales or channel team.
- Proven experience of managing channel partners in a technology environment, with a deep understanding of software/services ecosystems and competitive environments.
- Expertise in methods to manage channel partners in a technology environment, including facilitating onboarding and enablement activities for channel partners.
- Familiarity with CRM and forecasting systems, as well as negotiation and communication skills.
