Key Responsibilities:- Partner with business units as their subject matter expert for all things Human Resources, providing strategic advice and guidance across the employee life-cycle.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to drive initiatives including benefits harmonisation, employee engagement action plans, policy integration, and more.
- Manage complex employee relations matters by supporting line managers with performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee conduct concerns.
- Drive organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment.
- Support the remuneration review process, including benchmarking, performance-based outcomes, and ensuring internal equity.
- Significant experience in HR Generalist roles.
- Experience in a highly regulated environment such as financial services.
- Excellent communication and partnering skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
