HR Business Partner Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills as an HR Generalist in a collaborative team environment. The role offers variety and the chance to work on projects that you will see implemented in real-time, driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business units as their subject matter expert for all things Human Resources, providing strategic advice and guidance across the employee life-cycle.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team to drive initiatives including benefits harmonisation, employee engagement action plans, policy integration, and more.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters by supporting line managers with performance management, disciplinary processes, and employee conduct concerns.
  • Drive organisational culture and employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Support the remuneration review process, including benchmarking, performance-based outcomes, and ensuring internal equity.
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications:
  • Significant experience in HR Generalist roles.
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment such as financial services.
  • Excellent communication and partnering skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
