About the Role

This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HR professional to partner with senior leaders, drive strategic initiatives, and provide expert advice on all aspects of human resources. You will be responsible for shaping the future of our people and business.

As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You will also be responsible for identifying key trends and providing valuable insights to inform decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years' experience in HR business partnering, talent management, or employee relations.
  • Solid knowledge of HR laws, policies, and practices.
  • Ability to balance strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and solutions-focused approach.
