Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our HR team as an HR Business Partner. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the business and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and develop HR strategies that align with their objectives.
  • Drive commercial impact by delivering HR programs and projects that meet business needs.
  • Provide advice on strategic people solutions and drive key initiatives that improve workplace culture.
  • Analyze HR metrics and dashboards to inform decision-making and optimize HR programs.
  • Support compensation and benefits planning, including annual and ad-hoc cycles.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives or project teams focused on increasing organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs that meet business needs.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and analyze survey results to inform action plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering.
  • Strong expertise in strategic HR partner, change management & HR Analytics.
  • Experience dealing with the full range of employee life cycle is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of managing investigations and disciplinary measures within internal policy and local legislation.
  • Experience working in multicultural, international businesses and across multiple time zones.
