Key HR Business Partner Role

This crucial HR Business Partner position will support our Australian operations, collaborating with senior leaders and employees to drive engagement, performance and organisational success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with commercial goals.
  • Provide coaching and ER advice to managers and teams.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives.
  • Support organisational development, succession planning and leadership development.
  • Analyse and present people data and insights.
  • Contribute to key HR programs, policy and compliance.
  • Oversee elements of talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Champion employee engagement, diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven HR Business Partner experience.
  • Confident with ER, performance and change management.
  • Strong influencing and coaching skills.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships and influence others to achieve desired outcomes.
