Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to provide technical expertise and support for complex products and applications. As a key member of our Sales Function, you will leverage your expertise to deliver successful business outcomes.

  • Utilize your product knowledge to provide technical assistance to sales staff and customers through presentations and demonstrations
  • Assist sales staff in evaluating the potential application of our products to meet customer needs
  • Develop detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer solutions
  • Create detailed design and implementation plans for complex solutions
Key Responsibilities
  • Design tailored storage technology solutions to address unique customer challenges
  • Communicate the advantages of our storage solutions through presentations, demonstrations, and discussions
  • Design and architect on-premise or hybrid storage systems
  • Develop storage infrastructure and data management solutions for enterprise applications
  • Provide in-depth insights into the Storage and Data Management vendor ecosystem
  • Create ROI/TCO overviews and competitive advantage analyses for solution offerings
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience and expertise in technical specifications on storage products and services
  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory; NV1 or higher security clearance is preferred
  • Prior experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Solutions Engineering on storage technologies
  • Operate as Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) and influence the Sales team
  • Experience with EMC, HDS, HPE, IBM, VMware, or PureStorage
  • Knowledge of Cloud, Storage, AI/ML, Database, Microservices, Enterprise Applications, or DevOps is advantageous
