Key Responsibilities
  • We seek an experienced professional to lead our supplier partnership initiatives in operational technology, physical security, and connected buildings.
  • This includes developing go-to-market strategies with new partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and enablement.
  • The successful candidate will lead partner development initiatives, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in these markets.
  • They will also track and report on recruitment progress and partner bookings performance against program goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with channel partners in operational technology, physical security, or connected buildings.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, and develop new partners, particularly those not currently engaged with our organization.
  • Strong understanding of industrial networking and security landscapes, as well as Cisco channel programs and distribution models.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
