  • Collaborate with EcoXpert partners to bring our solutions to life and ensure seamless execution and high-impact outcomes.
  • Cross-functional engagement with various teams to co-create scalable, future-ready solutions that deliver measurable value and elevate the customer experience.
  • Drive long-term success by aligning every engagement with customer outcomes, sustainability goals, and our company's strategic direction.
  • Lead proactive account planning with a 'One Company' mindset, developing compelling value propositions that reflect the full breadth of our offers.
  • Stay ahead of hospitality trends and evolving customer expectations, using these insights to shape innovative strategies and identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Enhance customer engagement by building strong relationships across all levels of the hotel ecosystem.
