Web3 Partnership Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive our web3 partnership strategy and fuel business growth through strategic partnerships.

About the Role:

  • Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy, identifying key partners and ecosystem players
  • Pitch and refine our value proposition for both markets and users, as well as ecosystem partners
  • Nurture relationships with potential partners, discovering hidden gems that can support our business goals
  • Maintain strong partnerships, taking ownership of post-partnership execution and partner success
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across product, operations, and marketing to ensure effective partnership management

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in a web3/DeFi/NFT/Fintech startup
  • Strong awareness of Ethereum, dapps, DeFi & NFT ecosystems
  • Proven track record of building partnerships with businesses, including sales and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to convey complex concepts to different audiences
  • Business and growth mindset, with ability to create win-win scenarios for all parties
