About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to drive growth by managing a designated sales territory across Western Australia and South Australia.

As a Sales Engineer, your primary focus will be to boost sales and achieve growth objectives while upholding market leadership in diverse industries. You will engage directly with OEMs, integrators, and end-users across key sectors including electronics, machines & motion, and basic materials such as mining.

You will also work on dynamic projects, collaborating closely with various teams along the way. This role is based at our East Perth office; however, you will spend a significant amount of time actively engaging with customers across your territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and deliver results
  • Manage a territory strategically and build lasting customer partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Territory Sales or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-driven approach
  • Holds a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics) or brings equivalent industry experience
  • Understanding of industrial automation and sensor technologies—or a willingness to learn
  • Experience in basic materials (mining), factory automation, or similar
