The Job Description
  • Support the National Business Manager in maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalise on them.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Track and analyse account performance, providing regular reports on sales trends and key metrics.
  • Support the development of sales presentations and data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in forecasting and planning by gathering and organising relevant sales data.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and monitor their effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in FMCG.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
