About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Support Engineer to provide tech solutions that enable our staff members to easily perform their roles. This involves supporting the Liberty community with tech issues and requests to uplift our corporate technology.

We work in a friendly environment where suggestions are welcomed and encouraged, and teams are empowered to make decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help people resolve their technical issues and requests
  • Deliver delightful customer experiences
  • Provide operational support for corporate systems (such as Outlook, Teams, telephony, SharePoint Online, Azure virtual desktop, in-house application support)
  • Provide input into opportunities for continuous improvement
  • End-to-end resolution of issues, including understanding and resolving root cause
  • Set up and support users, devices, printers, monitors, AV etc

  • Enthusiastic, keen to learn and get stuck into things
  • Flexible to work across support and projects
  • Keen to learn and develop – the role will grow with you
  • Passionate about helping and engaging with peers so we all learn together
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as O365, Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, Windows 10 & 11, device management, Azure
