We are seeking an experienced senior lawyer to assume a leadership role in our organisation. This appointment offers the chance to shape corporate strategy, governance, and risk management at the highest level.

The Role
  • Deliver executive-level legal advice to stakeholders ensuring alignment of legal frameworks with business objectives.
  • Lead key functions including legal, risk, and governance, instilling a culture of excellence, accountability, and high performance.
  • Oversee corporate governance, ensuring best practice across operations.
  • Manage high-value transactions, developing strategies to protect the organisation's long-term interests.
Candidate Profile
  • An experienced senior lawyer with 15+ years' post-admission experience, including a leadership role in-house or as a consultant.
  • Demonstrated leadership of teams and direct engagement with Boards and C-Suites.
  • Strong expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and commercial transactions.
  • Preferring candidates with experience in energy or infrastructure sectors, particularly in relation to large-scale projects and regulatory frameworks.
