Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Governance Implementation Manager to support the delivery and execution of our governance workstream. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organisation.

  • Support the delivery and execution of governance workstreams
  • Assist in formulating and delivering improved organisational governance artefacts and processes
  • Collaborate with stream leads to define implementation activities and adopt program wide planning processes and practices
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Stream, encouraging feedback and implementing lessons learned
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an Implementation Manager or governance SME
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of change management and embedment needed to shift behaviours
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
