Schedule Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Schedule Coordinator to join our dynamic team at PEER. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and data support to ensure the smooth operation of our Performance Hub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of PEER by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Model professional standards of ethics and integrity in line with PEER's core values.
- Support and coordinate learners to schedule relevant practical assessments, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Issue key documentation to students, employers, and hosts, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate daily with teams to meet organisational goals, including Customer Service, GTO, and RTO, to ensure learner progression.
- Provide support to PEER's training staff and generate reports for the efficient running of the Performance Hub practicals.
- Upload previously prepared digital learning and assessment content to PEER's LMS, adhering to documented quality processes.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in using Microsoft's suite of applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with learners, team members, and management.
- An organised administrator with a high level of attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrates organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
