About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Client Outcomes Coordinator to join our team at AGA, a leading employment and training service provider. As a Client Outcomes Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting young talent in their career journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster relationships with VDSS program participants and AGA teams, collaborate with community and employer partners to enhance VDSS placements, and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Service Delivery: Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to increase placement opportunities, build relationships with AGA trainers and students to ensure they are job-ready, and develop a Business Development Strategy to attract candidates for RTO courses.
  • Administration: Organise schedules, meetings, and appointments to meet placement targets, maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant occupational checks, including National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and a valid Driver's License.
  • Suitable qualifications with a strong understanding of contracted Employment Services.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with a commitment to professional development.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory standards in the industry.
