Submissions Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our team within our new Joint Venture - BFHI. This is a fantastic 12-month fixed term opportunity where you will gain industry relevant experience and receive on-the-job support/coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Pre-Contracts Manager to establish Tender Action Plans for each bid
- Manage the submission development from ROI & EOI through to complete RFT Proposals
- Coordinate appropriate review and approval meetings with the wider team for internal governance
- Contribute to the development of the successful design and response of tender submission documents
- Development of non-technical written bid responses and proof-reading elements of technical writing for consistency, purpose & clarity
- Contribute to and maintenance of internal submissions resources library content (Project sheets, Staff CV's, company performance information)
Requirements
- Experience in Submissions Management in a Tier 1 or 2 Construction Company
- Collaborative attitude and the ability to work with people from all aspects of construction, to extract the relevant information needed to fulfil response schedules in line with agreed delivery strategy
- Fluency in MS suite and ideally InDesign, Photoshop & Adobe-Pro
- Capability to develop, understand, articulate and carry through agreed win themes in both written and graphical development
- Ability to manage multiple submissions at varying stages of completion simultaneously
