**Mission Statement**

The Piaget Boutique Manager is responsible for driving the success of our luxury boutique by optimizing performance and profitability. This involves managing a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional client service, and achieving business targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement annual strategies and objectives in collaboration with the Retail Manager.
  • Monitor sales targets and KPIs, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with concierges and intermediates to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with sales, financial, and security procedures.
  • Provide regular reporting to the Retail Manager, including sales data, traffic analysis, and client feedback.

**Client Service**

  • Provide exceptional client service and treat clients as ambassadors of the Piaget brand.
  • Develop and implement effective data capture and follow-up systems to enhance client relationships.

**Team Management**

  • Direct management of boutique staff, including daily control of security guards.
  • Animate daily briefings and make regular one-to-one meetings with sales staff.
  • Evaluate sales staff performance through the annual PMP process and provide coaching and training as needed.

**Boutique Operations**

  • Implement guidelines and tools to ensure compliance with sales, financial, and security procedures.
  • Ensure accurate data capture and analysis of client feedback and sales data.
  • Organize CRM activities and propose events to drive sales and enhance the Piaget presence in the market.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5-7 years of prior management experience in luxury retail or service.
  • Foreign languages not essential but preferred (English a must).
  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft, with SAP knowledge a plus.

**Personal Qualities**

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for service and client orientation.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to prospect outside the boutique.
