The Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team in our Collins Street boutique. This role is responsible for assisting the Boutique Manager in sales, management, operations, and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and training the team to meet sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager with operational tasks, including rostering, ecommerce enquiry, e-reservation, general administration, staff training, inventory planning, and problem solving.
- Assist the Boutique Manager in motivating staff to optimise performance and achieve sales targets.
- Review operational reports and records to ensure company policies and procedures are being upheld.
- Support the Customer Service area and ensure all staffing, escalations, and operational issues are handled correctly.
Requirements
- Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
- Highly developed and proven customer service skills.
- Proven staff management, assistant management, or supervisory experience.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Team player.
