The Role

This role will lead a small team of professionals in managing client portfolios, setting operational excellence standards, and maintaining a market-leading view of best practice biddable media. The successful candidate will be passionate about technology and digital media, with a strong understanding of how to deliver best-in-class biddable activation and outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, establishing strong relationships with media, data, and technology partners.
  • Foster deep trust and understanding with agency client teams.
  • Contribute to great teamwork in your immediate team.

You will spend 30% of your time on People-related tasks, including:

  • Managing team workflow, delegating tasks effectively, and monitoring progress.
  • Holding constructive performance evaluation meetings with reports, setting clear KPIs, and monitoring achievement.
  • Assisting in the training and development of junior members of the team.

You will also spend 30% of your time on Product-related tasks, including:

  • Ensuring all output is of the highest standard, conforming to GroupM's best practices.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end biddable process, ensuring QA compliance and use of best practice.
  • Identifying and leading product innovation opportunities for clients and teams.

Your Commercial responsibilities will account for 20% of your time, including:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate commercial tasks, including training & education.
  • Seeking and implementing improvements to ways of working that increase efficiency and effectiveness of commercial operations.
  • Supporting the Director on investment decisions, audits, and forecasting.

Client support will occupy 20% of your time, including:

  • Supporting the delivery of strong implementation plans that meet client objectives.
  • Offering expert perspectives and POVs on recent market trends or developments.
  • Meeting with vendors and partners to drive client agendas, creating opportunities for junior team members.

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
