Sales Growth Manager for Acute Care and Monitoring

As a Territory Manager for our Acute Care and Monitoring business, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and market share in key Anaesthesiology departments and clinical staff in the Central East and Eastern Suburbs of Victoria.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. This will involve developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders, pursuing leads, assessing needs, and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders
- Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services
- Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services
- Conduct market research, including customers and competitors' activities
- Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
Requirements
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of the healthcare industry
Good to Have:
- Relevant experience selling Monitoring and Anaesthetic products into OT, ICU, PICU, and NICU areas of care and relationships with Anaesthetists, Biomeds, and Critical Care nurses will be highly regarded
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
- Sales experience in healthcare with a clinical background highly regarded
- Strong problem-solving skills and persistence to follow through
- Highly organized with good time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Self-motivated with a resilient attitude who strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results and who can work autonomously
