About the Role

The Sales Specialist, Growth will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving targets by converting and upselling Growth solutions to our Residential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Relationship Managers to identify and target high-value customers for premium subscriptions and Growth solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities and work collaboratively with the Hive team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assist in the execution of growth incentives and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of business development and sales skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and previous experience with CRM systems.
