Sales Growth Specialist

About the Role
The Sales Specialist, Growth will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving targets by converting and upselling Growth solutions to our Residential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Relationship Managers to identify and target high-value customers for premium subscriptions and Growth solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities and work collaboratively with the Hive team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist in the execution of growth incentives and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record of business development and sales skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and previous experience with CRM systems.
