About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our Australia Acute Care and Monitoring sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share in the Central East and Eastern Suburbs of Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
  • Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.
  • Conduct market research, including customers and competitors' activities.
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of the healthcare industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant experience selling Monitoring and Anaesthetic products into OT, ICU, PICU, and NICU areas of care and relationships with Anaesthetists, Biomeds, and Critical Care nurses will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sales experience in healthcare with a clinical background highly regarded.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and persistence to follow through.
  • Highly organized with good time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a resilient attitude who strives to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results and who can work autonomously.
