Café Operations Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our café.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team by example, promoting high standards of integrity, ownership, caring, and innovation.
- Café Operations: Assist with set-up, coordination, and management of day-to-day café activities.
- Leadership: Lead a team by example, promoting a culture of excellence, ownership, caring, and innovation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with nursing, clinical, and dietary teams to ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in a café or restaurant environment is essential.
- Barista Skills: Barista experience and knowledge, as well as a Certificate II or III in Hospitality (desired).
