Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team in Canberra. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering premium services to customers in Australia, establishing a long-term partnership between the customer and SAP.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand the customer's business, organisation, strategy, and IT roadmap, establishing yourself as a Trusted Advisor with key decision makers.
- Own the premium services contract and its successful renewal.
- Drive resolution of top risks & issues and critical customer escalations.
- Own customer satisfaction and referenceability.
- Contribute to the overall account strategy as part of the virtual account team.
- Candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, science, business, commerce, engineering or similar.
